Ohio's 24th Congressional District
The 24th congressional district of Ohio was created for the 1966 election, after the banning of at-large seats by the Voting Rights Act of 1965. It replaced Ohio's at-large congressional district. It was eliminated in the redistricting following the 1970 census. The American Independent Party (AIP) is a far-right political party in the United States that was established in 1967. The 1970 United States House of Representatives elections was an election for the United States House of Representatives held on November 3, 1970, in the middle of Richard M. Fairfield is a suburban city located in both Butler and Hamilton counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. Fairfield is located approximately 25 miles north of Cincinnati and is situated on the east bank of the Great Miami River. The population was 42,623 as of the 2020 Census.
