Oh La La La (2 Eivissa Song)
"Oh La La La" is a song by German Eurodance group 2 Eivissa. It is produced by "Team 33" and was released on 6 June 1997, as their debut and lead single from the album of the same name. The song is their most commercially successful single to date, topping the chart in Spain and peaking at number two in Italy. It also reached number 13 in the United Kingdom and number 19 in Ireland. On the Eurochart Hot 100, "Oh La La La" peaked at number 32 in October 1997. The song interpolates the hook and guitar riff from Crystal Waters' 1991 song " Gypsy Woman". Critical reception Larry Flick from '' Billboard'' wrote that "this is good-time dance fodder with no lofty agenda. 2 Eivissa
2 Eivissa is a German Eurodance group. They are best known for their 1997 song "Oh La La La", and landed on the charts in several countries including #1 in Spain, #1 in Italy, USA, #13 in the United Kingdom, and top 40 in Germany. It peaked at number 13 in the UK Singles Chart in November 1997. 2 Eivissa were produced by Team 33, a Hamburg, Germany based music production company. Most tracks were written and produced by Ambrogio Crotti, Luigi Ricco and David Lacera. The group was originally fronted by singers Terri Bjerre and Melannie Molinnus on the first album. Bjerre, was the lead vocalist of the band who later pursued a solo career as Terri B! Terri Bjerre was replaced by Jobel (Lian Ross) as vocalist in 1999. However, the live act was fronted by Jane and Francine (aka 2 Blond Bandits) until 2000. The project was stopped in 2005. The Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA) is a non-profit association set up in 1999 to promote certain interests of the music industry in Ireland. It is particularly active in addressing copyright issues, and it compiles the official music charts for Ireland. Membership Only Irish companies can become members of the IRMA. Dance Club Songs is a chart published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine in the United States. It is a national look over of club disc jockeys to determine the most popular songs being played in nightclubs across the country. The Official Charts (legal name: The Official UK Charts Company Limited) is a British inter-professional organization that compiles various "official" record charts in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. The Dutch Single Top 100 or Single Top 100 is a Dutch chart, based on official physical single sales, legal downloads and since July 2013 streaming and composed by Dutch Charts. It is one of the three official charts, the other two being the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Top 30. The difference is that these charts also include airplay data. The Dutch Top 40 ( nl, Nederlandse Top 40) is a weekly music chart compiled by ''Stichting Nederlandse Top 40''. It started as a radio program titled "Veronica Top 40", on the offshore station Radio Veronica in 1965. It remained "The Veronica Top 40" until 1974, when the station was forced to stop broadcasting. Joost den Draaijer initiated the Top 40 in the Netherlands. The show currently airs on Fridays from 2 to 6 PM on Qmusic.
