Oh Jae-il
Oh Jae-il (Hangul: 오재일, Hanja: 吳在一; born October 29, 1986) is a South Korean professional baseball infielder for the Samsung Lions of the KBO League. He won the MVP award in the 2017 playoffs against NC with four home runs and nine RBIs. He was the first to hit four home runs in a single game in the postseason and also broke his RBI record. Oh won the 2019 Korean Series Most Valuable Player Award by hitting .333 (6-for-18) with a home run and six RBIs to help the Bears sweep the Kiwoom Heroes in four games. First Baseman
A first baseman, abbreviated 1B, is the player on a baseball or softball team who fields the area nearest first base, the first of four bases a baserunner must touch in succession to score a run. The first baseman is responsible for the majority of plays made at that base. In the numbering system used to record defensive plays, the first baseman is assigned the number 3. Also called first sacker or cornerman, the first baseman is ideally a tall player who throws left-handed and possesses good flexibility and quick reflexes. An infielder is a baseball player stationed at one of four defensive "infield" positions on the baseball field. Standard arrangement of positions In a game of baseball, two teams of nine players take turns playing offensive and defensive roles. Although there are many rules to baseball, in general the team playing offense tries to score runs by batting balls into the field that enable runners to make a complete circuit of the four bases.
