Oh, The Story!
Oh, The Story! is an indie pop-rock band based out of Baltimore, Maryland. Oh, The Story! is currently on indefinite hiatus. Biography Oh, The Story! formed after lead vocalist James Larson left the Baltimore-based band, The Late Night, in 2006. In early 2007, the band entered the studio to start work on their first studio album, ''Good Morning Illumination''. The album was produced and recorded by Paul Leavitt and was released in May 2007. Oh, The Story! went through several line-up changes from 2007-2009. In late 2008, James and guitarist JW Sargent went into the studio with former drummer Evan Chapman to record the band's first EP. In April 2009, Oh, The Story! released their second release and first EP, ''Sea Of Stars''. Production and recording on this record were done by Justin Chapman, former keyboardist for Oh, The Story!. Recher Theatre
The Recher is a concert venue in Towson, Maryland. It is located at 512 York Road in the building previously operated as the Towson Theatre, a one-screen movie theater. The Towson Theatre was designed by architect John Ahlers of the George Norbury MacKenzie III architectural firm. It cost $100,000 to build and opened on March 1, 1928. The theatre was sold to the Recher family in the 1950s, who continued running the cinema into the 1990s. They then converted it into an upscale billiard parlor. The building was later transformed into The Recher Theatre, a concert venue, which opened in 1999. Versa (stylized as VERSA) was an American rock duo formed in Port St. Lucie, Florida, in 2006, as VersaEmerge. The group consisted of Blake Harnage (guitar, vocals, and programming) and Sierra Kay (lead vocals). They had a revolving line-up, their most prolific being with bassist Devin Ingelido, who was a member from 2007 until 2011. Following self-releases, the band signed with record label Fueled by Ramen in late 2008 and released the '' VersaEmerge EP'' and their full-length debut '' Fixed at Zero'' (2010), which met with positive reviews from alternative critics.
