Ogor Okuweh
Ogor Leonard Okuweh (born 1959) is a Nigerian politician. He is a member of Nigerian House of Representatives representing Isoko North/Isoko South federal constituency of Delta State under the People's Democratic Party in Nigeria. Education Ogor Okuweh obtained his WAEC from Notre Dame College Ozoro. He then went to Emile Woo-ff College of Accountancy where he obtained an A.I.B before attending Chartered Institute of Administration and finally became a Chartered Administrator. He also holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration, IEMBA in Strategic and Project Management from the Paris Graduate School of Management, PGSM in Paris, France. Isoko North
Isoko North is one of two Local Government Areas (LGA) in the Isoko region of Delta State, southern Nigeria – the other being Isoko South. The population of Isoko North was approximately 112,000 as of 2003. Its headquarters are in the town of Ozoro which has 14,000 seater capacity Olympic size stadium at the Delta State Polytechnic Ozoro. There are 13 Electoral Wards in the Local Government Area. Major towns in Isoko North are Ozoro, Owhelogbo, Otor Owhe, Oghara-Iyede and Emevor. The people are mostly Christian and traditional worshippers. Isoko North contains oil producing regions, and is the location of some of the recent conflict in the Niger Delta. Isoko South
Isoko South is a local government area (LGA) in the Isoko region of Delta State, Nigeria. With its headquarters at Oleh, Nigeria, it is one of the two local governments that make up the Isoko region. The other is Isoko North, which has its headquarters at Ozoro. History The Isoko people migrated historically from the Benin Kingdom in nearby Edo State, and therefore share some cultural similarities with this state. The area later formed part of Bendel State, before Bendel State was split to form Edo and Delta states. The Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) is a Nigerian professional body established in 1987 that regulates training and practice of Administration in the public and private sectors. The CIA was chartered by Act No 103, No. 76 Vol. 79 of 31 December 1992. In December 2012 the CIA invested its seventh president, Dr. Goddy Idaminabo (now the immediate past president), at the institute's 23rd induction ceremony, which was held in Lagos.
