Crispine "Chris" Odera (12 December 1963 – 27 November 2012) was a boxer from Kenya, who is best known for winning the gold medal in the men's super-heavyweight division (+ 91 kg) at the 1987 All-Africa Games in Nairobi, Kenya. Ezekiel Odera
Ezekiel Odera (born 9 March 1988) is a Kenyan footballer who currently plays as a striker for Kenyan Premier League side Nairobi City Stars. Club career Odera signed his first professional contract after joining Kenyan Premier League side KCB in 2010 from Buruburu-based Sports Connect Academy. He went on to top score for the club with 11 goals and that performance ultimately earned him the 2009 New Player of the year and runners-up top scorer awards. In 2011 he moved to Gor Mahia for a season before returning to KCB once again in 2012, and on two other occasions including on loan. He went on to feature for four other top-tier sides including Thika United F.C., Ushuru, Sofapaka F.C., Nairobi City Stars and A.F.C. Owiso Odera
Owiso Odera (March 1974 - November 3, 2016) was a Sudanese-born Kenyan actor. He was perhaps best known for his role as Papa Tunde in the television series '' The Originals''. In 2015, Odera was nominated for a Lucille Lortel Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Play for his performance in Katori Hall's play ''Our Lady of Kibeho'' at the Signature Theatre. Early life and education Odera was born in Khartoum, Sudan to Kenyan mother Millicent Obaso and father Henry Odera Oruka in March 1974. He attended St. Mary's School, Nairobi, graduating in the class of 1991. Odera earned a scholarship to study computer science at Earlham College in 1992. He graduated from Earlham in 1996.
