Odense Kammeraternes Sportsklub
Odense Kammeraternes Sportsklub, commonly known as OKS, is a Danish association football club. Founded 1930 in Odense, Funen, the club's home ground is OKSon Park. The first team competes in the fifth-tier Denmark Series and is part of the local DBU Funen governing body. History On 30 January 1930, Gasværkets Sportsklub, Elværkets Sportsklub and Telefonvæsenets Sportsklub merged and formed Odense Kommunale Sportsklub (Odense Communal Sports Club), shortened to OKS. The club became a part of Dansk Arbejder Idrætsforbund (Danish Worker's Sports Association), which nowadays is part of the National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark (DIF). In 1945, the full name of the club was changed to Odense Kammeraternes Sportsklub, which meant that the shortened name of OKS was preserved. Odense Boldklub
Odense Boldklub (; also known as Odense BK or the more commonly used OB) is a Danish professional football club based in the city Odense. The club has won three Danish championships and five Danish Cup trophies. OB play in the Danish Superliga and their home field is Nature Energy Park. OB's clubhouse is located in Ådalen near Odense River. History Early history OB were founded on 12 July 1887 as ''Odense Cricketklub'', with cricket the only sport. In 1889, football and tennis departments were included in the club, and it changed name to the present ''Odense Boldklub''. The club were then located in Munke Mose (The Monks bog) in Odense. Vilhelm Munk Nielsen (born 30 December 1955) is a Danish former footballer who played as a forward for OB. He played five games for the Denmark national football team. Roald Poulsen (born 28 November 1950) is a Danish association football manager, who most prominently won the 1989 Danish championship with Odense BK and managed the Zambia national football team.
