Oob (Dragon Ball)
is a 1996–1997 Japanese anime television series based on Akira Toriyama's ''Dragon Ball'' manga. Produced by Toei Animation, the series premiered in Japan on Fuji TV and ran for 64 episodes from February 1996 to November 1997. Unlike the previous two anime in the ''Dragon Ball'' franchise, ''Dragon Ball GT'' does not adapt the manga by Toriyama but is an anime-exclusive sequel show to the ''Dragon Ball Z'' anime with an original story using the same characters and universe, which follows the exploits of Goku, his granddaughter Pan, and their various associates. ''Off Our Backs'' (stylized in all lowercase; ''oob'') was an American radical feminist periodical that ran from 1970 to 2008. It began publishing on February 27, 1970, with a twelve-page tabloid first issue. From 2002 the editors adapted it into a bimonthly journal. ''Off Our Backs'' was edited and published by a collective of women who practiced consensus decision-making. Marilyn Salzman Webb, Heidi Steffens, Marlene Wicks, Colette Reid, and Norma Lesser formed the original ''Off Our Backs'' collective. Out-of-bag Error
Out-of-bag (OOB) error, also called out-of-bag estimate, is a method of measuring the prediction error of random forests, gradient boosting, boosted decision trees, and other machine learning models utilizing bootstrap aggregating (bagging). Bagging uses subsampling with replacement to create training samples for the model to learn from. OOB error is the mean prediction error on each training sample , using only the trees that did not have in their bootstrap sample. Bootstrap aggregating allows one to define an out-of-bag estimate of the prediction performance improvement by evaluating predictions on those observations that were not used in the building of the next base learner. It sells non-perishable food and drink, health & beauty products, homewares, DIY products and garden equipment. It has over 100 stores nationwide.
