Omladinski košarkaški klub Konstantin ( sr-cyrl, Омладински кошаркашки клуб Константин), commonly referred to as OKK Konstantin or simply Konstantin, is a men's professional basketball club based in Niš, Serbia. They are currently competing in the Second Basketball League of Serbia. Home arena Konstantin plays their domestic home games at the Čair Sports Center, located in Niš. Second Men's League of Serbia ( sr-cyr, Друга мушка лига Србије, Druga muška liga Srbije), previously Basketball League of Serbia B, is the Serbian basketball league system, second-tier level men's professional basketball league in Serbia. Founded in 2006, it is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). Rules Competition format The league, operated by the Basketball Federation of Serbia, has 14 teams. From the 2012–13 season, the top two teams in Second League goes to Basketball League of Serbia, First League of Serbia. The teams positioned 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th in Second will be relegated to the 3td tier – First Regional Basketball League (Serbia), First Men's Regional League. Čair Sports Center
Čair Sports Center ( sr, Спортски центар Чаир, Sportski centar Čair), commonly known as Čair Hall ( sr, Хала Чаир, Hala Čair) is an indoor sporting arena located in Niš, Serbia. The seating capacity of the arena is 4,800 for sports events and 6,500 at concerts. It is home to the KK Konstantin basketball team, RK Železničar 1949 handball team and OK Niš volleyball team. History The sports center "22 December" was opened in 1973, as largest sports center in the city of Niš. Later, its name was changed to "Čair Sports Center". It was completely reconstructed in 2011 for the needs of 2012 European Men's Handball Championship, as it was named one of tournament's venues. Jovica Antonić
Jovica Antonić ( sr-cyr, Јовица Антонић, born July 13, 1966) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player who is the youth system coordinator for the Crvena zvezda youth system. Playing career A point guard, Antonić played in Yugoslavia from 1982 to 1990. During his playing days, he played for Partizan (3 games during the 1982–83 season), Jagodina, KK Poliester Priboj and Mladost Zemun. Boško Đokić
Boško Đokić ( sr-cyr, Бошко Ђокић; 26 October 1953 – 26 January 2019) was a Serbian professional basketball coach and journalist. Coaching career Đokić coached teams in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Russia. Between August and November 2005, Đokić coached Avala Ada. Personal life Đokić was a columnist for Serbian daily newspaper Danas after 2011. As a journalist, he worked for Studio B, Večernje novosti, Sport, Koš and the Trener magazine. Đokić and his wife Mirjana had a daughter, Milena. Đokić died on 26 January 2019 in Belgrade, Serbia. Slobodan Nikolić ( sr-cyr, Слободан Николић; born June 14, 1959) is a Serbian basketball coach and former player. Playing career Nikolić played for the Crvena zvezda of the Yugoslav First League from 1975 to 1987 and from 1989 to 1991. He holds the Clubs records for the most seasons played (14) and the most games played (429). He also played for the Vojvodina and the OKK Beograd as well as for Bulgarian team Plama Pleven.
