OFSAA Cross Country
The OFSAA Cross Country Championships are the Ontario high school cross country championships, held annually in varying locations around Ontario, usually on the first Saturday of November. Approximately 1600 runners compete in six races, making it the largest OFSAA meet of any sport. High School

Cross Country Running
Cross country running is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain such as dirt or grass. The course, typically long, may include surfaces of grass and earth, pass through woodlands and open country, and include hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road and minor obstacles. It is both an individual and a team sport; runners are judged on individual times and teams by a points-scoring method. OFSAA
The Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations (OFSAA) is an organization of student-athletes, teacher-coaches, student-coaches, teachers, principals, and sport administrators in Ontario, Canada. OFSAA is the second largest high school athletic association in North America, second only to the California Interscholastic Federation. Approximately 270,000 students and 16,000 teacher-coaches participate in school sport in Ontario. Every individual who is involved in school sport is a member of OFSAA. The group's primary responsibility is to work with volunteer teacher-coaches to provide provincial championships for Ontario's student-athletes, and also deal with issues that affect students, coaches, schools and communities, such as drug-free sport, equity, fair play, and safe schools. Justyn Knight
Justyn Knight (born 19 July 1996) is a Canadian long-distance track runner. A successful collegiate runner during his time at Syracuse University, he was the school's most-decorated distance runner in cross country and track. On the professional scene, he has represented his country at the World and Olympic level, with his highest finish to date being seventh at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Jessie Fleming
Jessie Alexandra Fleming (born March 11, 1998) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for FA Women's Super League club Chelsea and the Canada national team. Fleming previously played collegiate soccer in the United States with the UCLA Bruins from 2016 to 2019. Ben Flanagan
Benjamin "Ben" Flanagan (born 11 January 1995) is a Canadian middle and long-distance runner. He is currently the Canadian record holder in the 5 km and 10 km road races. He also is a 3-time winner of the Falmouth Road Race, having won the race in 2018, 2021, and 2022. High school career Flanagan finished second in the U16 2000 m at the 2010 Canadian Youth Nationals. The next year he competed in the U18 3000 m, once again finishing in second. Mohammed Ahmed (born January 5, 1991) is a Canadian long-distance runner. A three-time Olympian, he is his country's most successful athlete in long distance racing, being the first to medal in the 5000 metres at both the World Championships (bronze in 2019) and the Olympic Games (silver in 2021). As well he is a two-time silver medallist at the Commonwealth Games in the 5000m and 10,000m events and was the 2015 Pan American champion in the 10,000 m.
