Nuvance Health
Nuvance Health is a not-for-profit health system with facilities spanning from New York State's Hudson Valley region to western Connecticut. Nuvance Health was formed in 2019 when Health Quest and Western Connecticut Health Network merged. It employs approximately 2,600 physicians and 12,000 ancillary staff, and serves approximately 1.5 million residents. Western Connecticut Health Network
Western Connecticut Health Network was a non-profit group of three Western Connecticut hospitals formed in 2010 by Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital and Norwalk Hospital. In 2019, WCHN merged with Health Quest, a chain of hospitals mostly in the Hudson Valley, to become Nuvance Health. Danbury
Danbury is a city in Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States, located approximately northeast of New York City. Danbury's population as of 2022 was 87,642. It is the seventh largest city in Connecticut. Danbury is nicknamed the "Hat City" because it was the center of the American hat industry for a period in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The mineral danburite is named for Danbury while the city itself is named for Danbury in Essex, England. Connecticut
Connecticut () is the southernmost state in the New England region of the Northeastern United States.
