The Czech Republic participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with the song "Lie to Me" written and performed by Mikolas Josef. The Czech broadcaster Česká televize (ČT) organised the national final ''Eurovision Song CZ'' in order to select the Czech entry for the 2018 contest in Lisbon, Portugal. Saara Sofia Aalto (born 2 May 1987) is a Finnish singer, songwriter, and voice actress. In 2012 she came second in the first season of ''The Voice of Finland''. In 2016 Aalto finished as the runner-up in the thirteenth series of ''The X Factor UK'', which gained her international recognition. Katarzyna "Kasia" Moś ( ; born 3 March 1987) is a Polish singer, songwriter, and dancer. She was previously a member of The Pussycat Dolls Burlesque Revue in 2011, and in 2012, she came third in the third series of the Polish version of ''Must Be the Music''.
