Telesistema Mexicano
Telesistema Mexicano was the predecessor of Televisa. Telesistema Mexicano was a television alliance made up of the independently owned television flagship stations XEW Canal 2, XHTV Canal 4, and XHGC Canal 5 in Mexico, Distrito Federal. Lucille Silvia Derbez Amézquita, better known as Silvia Derbez (March 8, 1932 – April 6, 2002) was a Mexican film and television actress. She competed in Miss Mexico 1952 where she came in 4th place. Life and career Derbez was born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, the daughter of María de la Luz Amézquita and French-born businessman Marcel Derbez Gilly. She debuted in Mexican film as a teenager, participating in her first movie at the age of 15, when she acted in '' La Novia del Mar'' (''Girlfriend of the Sea''), filmed in 1947. Lupita Lara (born December 6, 1950) is a Mexican actress. Early life On 6 December 1950, Lara was born as Guadalupe Lara Ochoa in Mexico City, Mexico. Career Lara began her career as a child actress at an early age. At age five, Lara made her debut in the children's play La Jota.
