Nawab Sir Nizamat Jung Bahadur (April 1871 in Hyderabad State – 1955) was an Arab-Indian poet. Trinity College, Cambridge
Trinity College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. Salar Jung Family
The Salar Jung family was a noble Hyderabad family under the Nizams, who ruled from 1720 to 1948. They are credited with safeguarding rare artifacts and collections, which are now at Salar Jung Museum. The family were one of the remaining families of nobles other than the three great Paigah nobles, (who were the highest order of nobility under the Nizams) and after them ranked the Umra-e-Uzzam families. The Salar Jung family was one of the Umra-e-Uzzam. Their ancestry dates to the 16th century. By the middle of the 19th century, the family assumed importance as five members served as Grand Viziers to the Nizams. The family resided at the Dewan Devdi palace. The five Prime Ministers from the family are buried at ''Daira Mir Momin'', a graveyard in the old city of Hyderabad. Hill Fort Palace
Hill Fort Palace, also known as Ritz Hotel is a royal palace located in ''Naubhat Pahad'', Hyderabad, Telangana. The property is now owned by Government of Telangana, Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation History It was built in 1915 by Nizamat Jung, who served as chief justice in the government of Nizam, India. His stay in the palace was for 15 years. The architecture is in style of Trinity College, Cambridge. In 1929, after he went on Haj he wanted to live a simpler life so it was purchased by Asaf Jah VII for his son Prince Moazzam Jah, and it was then designated as the official residence of the chairman of the City Improvement Board. In 1955, it was taken over by Indian government after Operation Polo. It was leased to a star hotel, The Ritz Hotel Company on lease in the 1980. The hotel was operating till the late 1997. Bella Vista Palace
Bella Vista is a royal palace of the Nizam during the existence of Hyderabad State, now located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It is an Indo-European building standing on a verdant campus. The building's French architect named it Bella Vista, meaning ''beautiful sight'', since it overlooks the Hussain sagar lake. It is located in the Saifabad suburb and is modeled on the Henley-on-Thames of England. History Muslehuddin Mohammed, bar-at-law, became Chief Justice of the High Court of Hyderabad and was given the title ''Hakim-ud-Dowla''. He constructed the palace as his residence in 1905. He lived there from 1905 to 1914 when he fell victim to plague at the age of 57. On his death in 1916, the family decided to sell the palace. The last Nizam purchased it, along with furniture, for Rs 60,000 in 1917.
