Nivdung
''Nivdung'' is a 1989 Marathi drama film produced by Hridaynath Mangeshkar. It stars Ravindra Mankani and Archana Joglekar in the lead roles. The other cast includes Sunil Shende, Suhas Bhalekar, and Nayana Apte. Plot The movie shows the struggle of a young artist. He comes from a village to the city to try his luck in acting. When he reaches the city he does odd jobs in a theater. He tries very hard to get a role in a play. He also attempts to audition in an acting competition. He is very attracted to the leading lady of the play. She behaves insultingly towards him. Disappointed and dejected, he decides to return to his village and come back to the city only when he has full potential. Meanwhile, in the city, the producer of the theatrical company tries to misbehave with the leading lady; but she escapes from him and joins the young man. The young lady is mesmerized by the beauty of the village and develops a loving bond with young man's mother while gradually falling in love ...

Hridaynath Mangeshkar
Hridaynath Mangeshkar (Marathi pronunciation: ɾud̪əjnaːt̪ʰ məŋɡeːʃkəɾ is an Indian music director. He is the only son of musician Deenanath Mangeshkar and younger brother of Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle. He is popularly known as ''Balasaheb'' in the music and film industry. Career Hridaynath debuted his music career in 1955 with the Marathi film ''Akash Ganga''. Since then, he has composed for various Marathi films such as '' Sansar, Chaani, Ha Khel Savalyancha, Janaki, Jait Re Jait, Umbartha'' and ''Nivdung'' and a few Bollywood films; the most notable among them being ''Subah'', '' Lekin...'' and ''Maya Memsaab''. Ravindra Mankani
Ravindra Laxman Mankani ( mr, रवींद्र लक्ष्मण मंकणी; born 21 May 1956) is an Indian actor who is noted for his work in soap operas, plays and films. He first became a civil engineer and then shifted to acting. He is currently playing the lead role of Dadasaheb in Zee Yuva show BaapManus. He is a two-time Maharashtra State Award winner for best acting for his work in Varsa Lakshmicha and Limited Manuski. He has worked directors such as Jayoo & Nachiket Patwardhan, Gajanan Jahgirdar, Vijaya Mehta, Mahesh Manjrekar, Raj Kumar Santoshi, Shahab Shamsi, Gajendra Ahere and Mohan Gokhale. Archana Joglekar
Archana Joglekar is an Indian actress and classical dancer. She has acted in Marathi, Odia and Hindi films and television serials. Some of her noted films are ''Sansaar'' (Hindi), ''Eka Peksha Ek'' (Marathi) and ''Anapekshit'' (Marathi). She is a Kathak dancer and choreographer. She was trained in Kathak by her mother, Asha Joglekar, a Kathak danseuse and instructor. In 1963, her mother founded a dance school in Mumbai called ''Archana Nrityalaya''. In 1999, Joglekar opened a branch of this dance school in New Jersey, US.Archana Joglekar Dance Academy: How Archana Joglekar made Kathak a global art form.

Nayana Apte Joshi (born 1950-) is an Indian singer-actress who worked in Marathi language, Marathi, Hindi language, Hindi and Gujarati Movies and stage plays. Early years She was taught classical music by her mother Shanta Apte, Indirabai Kelkar and Yashwant Bua Joshi. Suhas Pagolu is an Indian actor who works in Telugu films. He initially appeared in short films and supporting roles, and made his debut in a lead role with ''Colour Photo'' (2020).
