Chester W. Nimitz High School is a public high school in the Irving Independent School District, Irving, Texas. It was named for U.S. Navy Admiral Chester W. Nimitz. Nimitz High School is one of five public high schools in the Irving Independent School District. As of 2018, the school ethnicity was 1% Native American, 2.1% Asian, 7.7% African American, 8.7% White, and 79.5% Hispanic. Approximately 69% are considered economically disadvantaged. Delontae Scott (born January 21, 1997) is an American football outside linebacker for the San Antonio Brahmas of the United Football League (UFL). He played college football at SMU. College career Scott was a member of the SMU Mustangs for five seasons, redshirting as a true freshman. The Denver Broncos are a professional American football franchise based in Denver. Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders were a professional American football team that played in Oakland from its founding in 1960 to 1981 and again from 1995 to 2019 before relocating to the Las Vegas metropolitan area where they now play as the Las Vegas Raiders. Michael Wayne Huff, II (born March 6, 1983) is a former American football safety. He last played for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Texas, and was recognized as a consensus All-American and the top college defensive back. He was drafted by the Oakland Raiders with the seventh overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft, and has played for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens and Denver Broncos. Kerry Cooks (born March 28, 1974) is an American football coach and former player. Biography Cooks was born on March 28, 1974 in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he was a team captain on the football team, and is married with two children. Cooks was inducted into the Irving Independent School District Hall of Fame Class of 2013. Professional playing career Cooks was originally drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 1998 and later that year signed and played with the Green Bay Packers.
