Orhej "Oka" Nikolov (; mk, Орхеј "Ока" Николов ; born 25 May 1974) is a retired professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He serves as assistant coach for Los Angeles FC in Major League Soccer. He spent nineteen seasons with Eintracht Frankfurt, appearing in 413 official games over the course of 13 Bundesliga seasons. Born in Germany, he represented Macedonia at international level. Asen Nikolov ( bg, Асен Николов; born 5 August 1976 in Plovdiv), nicknamed Bebeto (Бебето), is a Bulgarian footballer playing as an attacking midfielder. For the Bulgarian national team, Nikolov was capped one time. Career After spending the first three years of his career in his home town with Maritsa, Nikolov relocated to Sofia in June 1997, signing a five-year contract with Levski, with whom he was Champion of Bulgaria two times (2000, 2001) and won Bulgarian Cup in 1998 and 2000. In January 2002, Slavia Sofia signed Nikolov to a four-year deal. Mila Nikolova (1962 – 20 June 2018) was a Bulgarian applied mathematician, known for her research in image processing, inverse problems, and compressed sensing. Education and career After working as a science journalist and engineer in Bulgaria, Nikolova completed a Ph.D. in 1995 in signal and image processing at the University of Paris-Sud. In 2006, she earned a habilitation in mathematics at Pierre and Marie Curie University. She did postdoctoral research with Électricité de France, and then joined the faculty at Paris Descartes University in 1996. Nikola Koev Nikolov ( bg, Никола Коев Николов; 20 March 1880 – 30 July 1961), known as Mamin Kolyu (Мамин Колю, "Mummy's Kolyu", ''Kolyu'' being a diminutive of Nikola) was a Bulgarian revolutionary of the Internal Macedonian-Adrianopolitan Revolutionary Organization (IMARO) who fought for the liberation of Macedonia and Thrace from Ottoman rule. Mamin Kolyu was born on 20 March 1880 in Haskovo (then part of Eastern Rumelia) as revolutionary Tane Nikolov's older brother's son.
