Nikolai Astrup (politician)
Nikolai Eivindssøn Astrup (born 12 June 1978) is a Norwegian politician representing the Conservative Party (Norway), Conservative Party. He served as Minister of Local Government from 2020 to 2021. Previously he served as the Minister of International Development from 2018 to 2019 in Prime Minister of Norway, Prime Minister Erna Solberg's cabinet, being the first since Heikki Holmås from 2012 to 2013. In 2019, he also became the first Minister of Digitalization after the Christian Democratic Party (Norway), Christian Democratic Party joined the Cabinet, a post he served in until 2020. Education Astrup graduated from Institut Le Rosey with an International General Certificate of Secondary Education (1995) and from Berg Upper Secondary School with an International Baccalaureate (1997). Erling Lae
Erling Lae (born 16 March 1947) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party. He was born in Oslo, is a cand.philol. by education and formerly worked as a journalist. From 1981 to 1985 he was a political advisor in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and Administration. He was elected to Oslo city council in 1991, and was a city commissioner between 1997 and 2000. From 2000 to 2009 he was the governing mayor of Oslo. As such he headed the executive branch of the city government in the capital city of Norway. Berg Upper Secondary School (Norwegian language, Norwegian: ''Berg videregående skole'') was an upper secondary school located in Oslo, Norway.
