Nicky Marker
Nicholas Robert Thomas Marker (born 3 May 1965) is an English football coach and former professional footballer. As a player he was defender who made more than 500 appearances during his career, notably in the Premier League with Blackburn Rovers where he won the title in 1995. He spent the rest of his professional career in the Football League playing with Exeter City, Plymouth Argyle, Sheffield United and Cheltenham Town before retiring with Non-league side Tiverton Town. Following his retirement he moved into coaching and had spells with Plymouth based youth club Tamarside before a five year spell in charge of Ivybridge Town, who in 2011 he briefly played for again whilst serving as assistant manager. Budleigh Salterton
Budleigh Salterton is a seaside town on the coast in East Devon, England, south-east of Exeter. It lies within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and forms much of the electoral ward of Budleigh, whose ward population at the 2011 census was 5,967. Features Budleigh Salterton lies at the mouth of the River Otter, where the estuary includes a bed of reeds and a grazing marsh, which form a haven for migratory birds and a Site of Special Scientific Interest for bird watchers. It has a designated area for naturists. The village is crossed by the South West Coast Path, with clifftop routes eastwards to Sidmouth and westwards to Exmouth. Sir Kenneth Mathieson Dalglish (born 4 March 1951) is a Scottish former association football, football player and manager (association football), manager. South West Peninsula League
The South West Peninsula League (SWPL) is a football competition in England, which was formed in 2007 from the merger of the Devon County League and the South Western League. The league is restricted to clubs based in Cornwall, Devon and West Dorset. The league consists of two Premier Divisions (East and West), which are ranked at Step 6 in the National League System. Until 2019–20, there was a single Premier Division at Step 6, and two divisions at Step 7 (Division One West and Division One East). Subject to applying, receiving the required ground grading and finishing high enough in the league table, one club from each Premier Division can be promoted to the Western League Premier Division each season. David Batty
David Batty (born 2 December 1968) is an English former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Batty played for Leeds United, Blackburn Rovers and Newcastle United. Whilst with Leeds he was part of the team that won the old Football League Second Division and the Football League First Division in its final year before the formation of the Premier League. He would go on to lift that title itself when he was part of the Blackburn team that won the League in 1995. In total he made 438 league appearances during a 17 year career, scoring 8 goals. He was capped 42 times by the England national team. He represented the nation at UEFA Euro 1992 and the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Henning Berg
Henning Stille Berg (; born 1 September 1969) is a Norwegian football manager and former player, who is the current manager of Cypriot First Division club Pafos FC. His career lasted from 1988 to 2004, most notably in the Premier League where he won titles with both Blackburn Rovers and Manchester United, becoming the first player to win the Premier League with two clubs. He also played in his native land for Vålerenga and Lillestrøm before finishing his career in the Scottish Premier League with Rangers. He was capped 100 times by Norway, scoring nine goals. Berg became a manager in 2005 with Lyn and then Lillestrøm. He returned to Blackburn as manager in 2012, but was sacked after just 57 days in the post.
