Nickelodeon Philippines Kids' Choice Awards
The Nickelodeon Philippines Kids' Choice Awards was an annual awards show which brought honors year's biggest TV and sports personalities voted by kids and teenagers through text and online voting. Nickelodeon, a US cable television network, brought Kids' Choice Awards to the Philippines in an effort to strengthen its presence in Asia. The Singing Bee (Philippine Game Show)
''The Singing Bee'' is a Philippine karaoke game show premiered on April 21, 2008 on ABS-CBN. It is based on the American version of the same name. A combinination of karaoke singing and a spelling bee-style competition, this show features contestants trying to remember the lyrics to popular songs. In each episode, six contestants will be selected from the audience to play a series of games that test their knowledge of song lyrics. Contestants making an error forfeit their chance to get into the "musical chairs". Contestants not in a musical chair position when the round is over are eliminated. The grand prize is P1,000,000.
