New Braunfels High School
New Braunfels High School (commonly referred to as NBHS) is a public high school in New Braunfels, Texas, United States, that was established in 1845. Up until 2008, New Braunfels was one of the largest 4A high schools in Texas and is classified as a 6A school by the University Interscholastic League (UIL) as of 2016. In 2015, the school was rated " Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency. Academics In 2014-2015, New Braunfels High School students scored an average of 1023 (on the critical reading and math sections) on the SAT college admissions test. Texas State Highway Loop 337
Loop 337 is a partial loop route around the city of New Braunfels in the U.S. state of Texas. The loop was designated in 1960. Loop 337 begins and ends at I-35 and shares a concurrency with SH 46 from the interchange at SH 46 eastward to I-35. History Loop 337 was first designated on June 1, 1960 as a loop around New Braunfels from I-35 southwest of New Braunfels, around the north side of the city, and ending at and intersection of US 81 and FM 25 east of the Guadalupe River. On October 21, 1967, SH 46 was rerouted to run concurrently along the eastern half of the loop. On February 26, 1968, the clockwise end of the loop was extended to I-35 over part of FM 25. Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Leigh Anne Bingham Nash ( ; born June 27, 1976) is an American singer and songwriter who was the lead vocalist for the Christian alternative rock band Sixpence None the Richer and was also a member of Fauxliage. Her debut solo album, '' Blue on Blue'', was released on August 15, 2006, by the One Son/Nettwerk record labels. Nash has released two other solo albums in 2011 and 2015. Kliff Timothy Kingsbury (born August 9, 1979) is an American football coach and former quarterback who is the head coach for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). Nell Fortner
Nell Fortner (born March 3, 1959) is the current women's college basketball coach at Georgia Tech. She is most well known for leading the 2000 Olympics team to a gold medal. She has received numerous awards including the 1997 National Coach of the Year, the 2000 USA Basketball Coach of the Year and the 2008 SEC Coach of the Year. In April 2018, she was inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. Fortner served as a TV analyst for ESPN from 2001-2004 before returning as the head women's basketball coach at Auburn University.
