Never Fade Records
Never Fade Records is an independent record label founded in 2010 by Gabrielle Aplin and James Barnes and based in London. Initially founded as a way for Aplin to self release her music, Never Fade now develops new artists and is home to other established acts such as Saint Raymond and Hannah Grace. Never Fade Records is named after one of Gabrielle’s songs of the same name. History Aplin released her first three EP’s on Never Fade Records: ''Acoustic EP'', '' Never Fade EP'' and ''Home EP''. Together, they have sold in excess of 100k copies and led to Gabrielle signing a record deal with Parlophone records in 2012. At the start of 2013 it was announced that Nottingham based indie artist, Saint Raymond who had previously supported Gabrielle on her European tour, would be the next artist to release music through Never Fade Records. Gabrielle Aplin
Gabrielle Ann Aplin (born c. October 1992) is an English singer-songwriter. After amassing a following for her acoustic music covers on YouTube, Aplin signed a recording deal with Parlophone in February 2012. She rose to prominence the following November when she was selected to record the soundtrack for a John Lewis television commercial with a cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood's " The Power of Love", which went on to top the UK Singles Chart. Her debut album, '' English Rain'', was released in May 2013 to positive reviews. It debuted at number two on the UK Album Chart and led to more singles: "Please Don't Say You Love Me", "Panic Cord", "Home" and "Salvation". Saint Raymond (musician)
Callum Burrows (born 30 March 1995), known professionally as Saint Raymond, is a singer-songwriter from Nottingham. He has released two albums, four EPs and a number of singles. Early career Burrows grew up in Bramcote, Nottingham. He took the 'Saint Raymond' name from the street that he grew up on and his grandfather's name. He began his career playing small gigs and open mic nights around Nottingham before gaining popularity in 2013 when he released his self penned, debut extended play ''Escapade'' on Gabrielle Aplin's Never Fade Records. Hannah Grace
Hannah Vivian-Byrne, known professionally as Hannah Grace (born 4 June 1993) is a Welsh singer-songwriter from Bridgend in South Wales. Her debut studio album, ''Remedy'', was released on 20 November 2020. History Grace studied Jazz Vocals at Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama for 4 years and describes her sound as soul and jazz inspired. She is influenced by artists like Aretha Franklin, Stevie Nicks and Eva Cassidy, Joni Mitchell & Ella Fitzgerald. While studying in Cardiff Grace was chosen to be part of the BBC Wales Horizons scheme that helps to support and guide new Welsh artists. During this time Grace played at various festivals, and recorded a live session at Maida Vale Studios in London. Parlophone Records Limited (also known as Parlophone Records and Parlophone) is a German–British record label founded in Germany in 1896 by the Carl Lindström Company as Parlophon. ''English Rain'' is the debut studio album by English singer-songwriter Gabrielle Aplin. It was released on 13 May 2013 and serves as the follow-up to her 2012 extended play, ''Home''. It serves as her first release with a major record label, and was released with Parlophone. The album debuted at number two in the UK Albums Chart, selling over 35,000 copies. Ward Thomas are an English modern country-pop duo, composed of twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas from Hampshire. The band has been called "Britain's first country stars". Hudson Taylor
James Hudson Taylor (; 21 May 1832 – 3 June 1905) was a British Baptist Christian missionary to China and founder of the China Inland Mission (CIM, now OMF International). Taylor spent 51 years in China.
