The total area is 31.69 km² which gives a population density of 309 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Éhein, Neuville-en-Condroz, Plainevaux, and Rotheux-Rimière. The name of Neupré is coined on the first letters of the districts : NEUville, Plainevaux, Rotheux and Éhein. Éhein ( wa, Éhin) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Neupré, located in the province of Liège, Belgium. Ardennes American Cemetery And Memorial
Ardennes American Cemetery and Memorial is a Second World War American military war grave cemetery, located in the village of Neuville-en-Condroz, near the southeast edge of Neupré, some south-west of Liège in Belgium. The cemetery, dedicated in 1960, contains 5,329 American war dead and covers . It is one of three American war cemeteries in Belgium, the other two being at Flanders Field and Henri-Chapelle and is administered by the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC). Engis
Engis (; wa, Indji) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. On 1 January 2006 Engis had a total population of 5,686. The total area is 27.74 km² which gives a population density of 205 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Clermont-sous-Huy, Engis and Hermalle-sous-Huy. In 1829, in this village, Philippe-Charles Schmerling discovered the first Neanderthal ever, Engis 2, the damaged skull of a young child. This was before the 1856 discovery of the Neanderthal type specimen in the Neander Valley. Its importance was not recognised until 1936. Esneux
Esneux (; wa, Esneu) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Liège, Belgium. On 1 January 2006 Esneux had a total population of 13,072. The total area is which gives a population density of 384 inhabitants per km². The municipality consists of the following districts: Esneux and Tilff. Other villages are Méry and Hony. They are all to be found in the valley of the Ourthe river south of Liège. A railway line links the 4 villages (and then continues further south to Luxembourg). Although not popular with large numbers of international tourists, Esneux and Tilff do attract people from the local region, due to the local restaurants, the Esneux and Tilff castle, the bee-museum, and several parks. The Reformist Movement (french: Mouvement Réformateur, MR) is a liberal French-speaking political party in Belgium. MR is traditionally a conservative-liberal party, but it also contains social-liberal factions.
