Aithikes ( el, Αίθηκες) is a former Communities and Municipalities of Greece, municipality in the Trikala (regional unit), Trikala regional unit, Thessaly, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Pyli, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 279.825 km2. Population 1,022 (2011). Pertouli is also famous for the nearby ski resort with snow sports fans in central Greece. The ski runs start at 1,170m and the highest point is at 1,340m altitude. The longest run has a distance of 1,500 metres. The ski resort of Pertouli is relatively small and has suffered from unreliable snow conditions in the past few years due to its low altitude.
