Neochori Lykosouras ( el, Νεοχώρι Λυκοσούρας) is a village in the municipality of Megalopoli, Arcadia, Greece. It is situated on a hillside overlooking the Alfeios river valley, at about 490 m elevation. It is 3 km north of Paradeisia, 3 km southwest of Tripotamo, 5 km southeast of Isaris and 8 km southwest of Megalopoli. In 2011 Neochori had a population of 49. Alfeios
The Alfeiós or Alpheios ( el, Αλφειός, grc, Ἀλφειός, Latin Alpheus) is the main stream of the Alpheios Valley drainage system, a dendritic type, originating on the north slopes of Mount Taygetus, located in the center of the Peloponnesus of Greece, and flowing to the northwest to the vicinity of Olympia, where it turns to the west and, after being impounded by the Flokas Dam, a hydroelectric facility, empties into the Gulf of Kyparissia of the Ionian Sea south of Pyrgos. The entrance into the gulf through agricultural land and across an unpopulated, sandy beach partially blocked by a spit is hydrologically unspectacular, with the water too shallow to be navigable by any but the smallest craft. Tripotamo ( el, Τριπόταμο meaning "three rivers", before 1927: Δεδέρμπεη - ''Dedermpei'') is a village in the municipality of Megalopoli in the southwestern part of Arcadia, Greece. It is situated on the right bank of the rerouted Alfeios river, near its confluence with two smaller tributaries. Isaris ( el, Ίσαρης) is a village and a community in the municipality of Megalopoli, Arcadia (regional unit), Arcadia, Greece. It is situated in the mountains west of the Alfeios valley, at about 750 m elevation. It is considered a List of traditional settlements of Greece, traditional settlement.
