Necati "Neco" Arabaci (born 14 February 1972, in Cologne) is a Turkish businessman, criminal and high-ranking member of the Hells Angels, who was formerly active in Cologne, Germany and now lives in Turkey. In 2002 he was arrested in Germany for pimping, human trafficking, assault, extortion, weapons violations, and racketeering. He confessed during his trial in 2004 and was sentenced to nine years in prison. He was released in 2007 and deported to Turkey. Activities in Germany The so-called Arabaci-Clan reportedly controlled the bouncer scene of the nightclubs in Cologne's entertainment district, the '' Kölner Ringe'', and his gang of bouncers reportedly befriended girls in order to exploit them as prostitutes. Necati Ateş (; born 3 January 1980) is a retired Turkish professional footballer who played as a forward. Club career Born in İzmir, Ateş made his professional debut with Altay S.K. and Adanaspor, scoring for both at an impressive rate. In 2004, he signed with Süper Lig giants Galatasaray SK. In 2005–06, Ateş played an integral part in Galatasaray's 16th national championship conquest. Nuh Necati Çelim (1909, in Köşk, Aydın Province, Ottoman Empire – 5 March 1986, in Izmir, Turkey) was a Turkish politician, physician, and Member of Parliament (MP) for the Democrat Party (''Demokrat Parti''). He represented the Aydın Province in the 10th and 11th Turkish parliaments from 1954 to 1960. He was sentenced to death in the Yassıada trials undertaken after the 1960 Turkish coup d'état, but his sentence was later commuted to life in prison. He was given a six-month release in September 1964 due to health problems, and in 1965, he was released from the Kayseri prison along with the rest of the Democratic Party MPs remaining in prison. Necati Er (born 24 February 1997) is a Turkish athlete specialising in the triple jump. Early life Necati Er was born in Samsun, northern Turkey on 24 February 1997. In his youth, he developed an interest in sports. His teacher of physical education in middle school invited him to athletic trainings. At the same time, he played football. His father, earning a limited income, did not want him to perform further sports, while his mother supported him. His father permitted him only to play football, and did not let him perform athletics because he saw no future in that sport branch. One week before Er was about to join a football team, he was admitted to the athletics team. He became regional champion in Samsun, and then was entitled to compete at the Turkish championships, at which he became runner-up and champion. Necati Cumalı (13 January 1921 – 10 January 2001) was a Turkish writer of novels, short-stories, essays and poetry. He was born in Florina, Greece to a Turkish family and his family had settled in Urla near İzmir in the framework of the 1923 agreement for the population exchange between Greece and Turkey. Biography He grew up in Urla and did his studies in İzmir and he started his law education at İstanbul University then completed it in the Law School of the University of Ankara. He started writing poetry while he was still a student and his poems were published as of early 1940s in such prominent Turkish literary periodicals as Varlık and Servet-i Fünun. Muhammed Necati Şaşmaz (born 15 December 1971) is a Turkish actor, best known for playing the lead role of Polat Alemdar in the popular television series ''Kurtlar Vadisi'' (''Valley of the Wolves'') and its movie spin-offs, including ''Kurtlar Vadisi Irak'' ('' Valley of the Wolves Iraq''). Necati Zontul is a Turkish-British national who was tortured and raped in Greece by Greek officers in the summer of 2001. The assault was initially denied by the Coast Guard, the Ministry of Merchant Marine and then dismissed as a one-off incident by the police: On 14 August 2001 the Head of Internal Affairs, Vassilis Tsiatouras, dismissed the incident in Chania as a one-off aberration.
