Necati Arabaci
Necati "Neco" Arabaci (born 14 February 1972, in Cologne) is a Turkish businessman, criminal and high-ranking member of the Hells Angels, who was formerly active in Cologne, Germany and now lives in Turkey. In 2002 he was arrested in Germany for pimping, human trafficking, assault, extortion, weapons violations, and racketeering. He confessed during his trial in 2004 and was sentenced to nine years in prison. He was released in 2007 and deported to Turkey. Activities in Germany The so-called Arabaci-Clan reportedly controlled the bouncer scene of the nightclubs in Cologne's entertainment district, the '' Kölner Ringe'', and his gang of bouncers reportedly befriended girls in order to exploit them as prostitutes. Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR; "Bavarian Broadcasting") is a public-service radio and television broadcaster, based in Munich, capital city of the Free State of Bavaria in Germany. Contract killing is a form of murder or assassination in which one party hires another party to kill a targeted person or persons. It involves an illegal agreement which includes some form of payment, monetary or otherwise. Either party may be a person, group, or organization.
