Nebraska Highway 7 is a highway in Nebraska. Its southern terminus is at Nebraska Highway 91 in Brewster. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Highway 183 near Springview. Route description Nebraska Highway 7 goes north out of Brewster and heads north through the Sand Hills until it meets U.S. Highway 20 in Ainsworth. It goes east with US 20 into farmland from Ainsworth, and meets U.S. Highway 183 between Ainsworth and Long Pine. The three highways overlap until Bassett, where NE 7 turns north. NE 7 follows a route which goes alternately north and west past the Niobrara River and ends at US 183 south of Springview. Brewster, Nebraska
Brewster is a village in, and the county seat of, Blaine County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 17 at the 2010 census. History The town was laid out in 1884 by George Washington Brewster who had homesteaded the land there. It was named for one of his ancestors, William Brewster, who had arrived in America on the ''Mayflower''. The community was named the county seat in 1887 after George Washington Brewster offered to build the required buildings. Nebraska Highway 91
Nebraska Highway 91 is a highway in central and eastern Nebraska. Its western terminus is at an intersection with Nebraska Highway 2 north of Dunning. Its eastern terminus is at an intersection with U.S. Highway 30 and U.S. Highway 75 in Blair. Route description Nebraska Highway 91 begins at an intersection with NE 2 just north of Dunning. It heads in a northeasterly direction through the Sand Hills, where it has an intersection with NE 7 south of Brewster. The highway continues to the east and southeast into farmland, heading into Taylor. In Taylor, NE 91 meets US 183 and runs concurrently southward with it for about a mile. NE 91 then splits off and head eastward, where it intersects with NE 11 south of Burwell. NE 91 and NE 11 run concurrently northward for a couple of miles as it passes through Burwell, before splitting off to head east again.
