Nathan Gorman (boxer)
Nathan Gorman (born 25 June 1996) is a British professional boxer. He held the WBC International Silver heavyweight title from 2017 to 2019 and challenged twice for the British heavyweight title in 2019 and 2022. Early life Gorman was born on 25 June 1996 in Nantwich, Cheshire. He used to playfully spar with his dad as a child and credits his dad with being a big influence on his boxing career, giving his full backing when he chose to take up boxing. Gorman is of Irish Traveller heritage; he is the great-nephew of the undefeated bare-knuckle fighter Bartley Gorman, the 'King of the Gypsies', and the cousin of heavyweight boxers Tyson Fury and Hughie Fury, and light-heavyweight boxer and former Love Island contestant Tommy Fury. Kevin Blue Johnson (born September 7, 1979) is an American professional boxer. He has challenged once for the WBC heavyweight title in 2009. He holds notable wins over former world champions Bruce Seldon and Yoan Pablo Hernández. Amateur career Johnson started boxing at the age of 18. He was an unheralded amateur with only a 14–2 record but won the New Jersey Golden Gloves. Professional career He turned pro in 2002. Răzvan Andrei Cojanu (born 10 March 1987) is a Romanian professional boxer. As an amateur he represented Romania at the 2009 Jeux de la Francophonie, winning a gold medal in the super-heavyweight division; he also represented Romania at the European Union Championships, winning bronze. Unanimous Decision
A unanimous decision (UD) is a winning criterion in several full-contact combat sports, such as boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, mixed martial arts and other sports involving striking and submission in which all three judges agree on which fighter won the match. In boxing, each of the three judges keep score (round by round) of which fighter they feel is winning (and losing). This only includes landed blows to the head or the body. In MMA, judges look for different criteria such as kicks, take downs, punches, knees, elbows, cage control, submission attempts and aggression. A decision is not required to be unanimous for a boxer or mixed martial artist to be given a victory. Frank Warren (born 28 February 1952) is an English boxing coach (sport), manager and boxing promoter, promoter. Warren and his son George own and run Queensberry Promotions. Warren was also a founder of the British boxing television channel BoxNation. Walsall Town Hall is located at Leicester Street in Walsall, West Midlands (county), West Midlands, England. The building, which opened in 1903, is used for a variety of functions including wedding receptions and concerts. It was designated a grade II listed building in 1986.
