Nathan Foley (performer)
Nathan Joel Foley (born 27 September 1979) is an Australian singer-songwriter and television personality. He was an original member of Australian children's musical group Hi-5. Early life Foley started singing professionally at 10 years old with bands singing Jazz, Soul, R&B, Pop and Rock in clubs in Sydney, Australia. During his school years, Foley performed in the Coca-Cola Schools Spectacular for seven years as a soloist working with big bands and orchestra's and graduated from the Talent Development Project in 1997. Career In 1998, Foley joined the Australian children's musical group Hi-5 as an original member; touring and filming the related television series for ten years. Foley announced his departure from the group in November 2008, expressing interest in focusing on his adult music career. He was replaced by Tim Maddren. The eighth season of ''The Voice'' begins airing on 19 May 2019. Dubbed as the "All Stars" season, this season features a number of artists who had previously appeared on previous seasons of the show, as well as from ''The X Factor Australia'' and '' Australia's Got Talent''. The coaching line-up consisted of returning coaches Delta Goodrem, Boy George, and Kelly Rowland, and new addition Guy Sebastian, replacing Joe Jonas. 2UE is an all-music radio station in Sydney owned by Nine Entertainment Co and run under a lease agreement by Ace Radio. It currently broadcasts from its studios in Pyrmont, New South Wales. History 1920s 2EU Electrical Utilities applied to the Postmaster-General's Department for a licence for a new B Class (later commercial) station licence. The station was to have the call-sign 2EU, based on the initials of Electrical Utilities. However, before the licence, ''PMG – Broadcasting Station Licence'' No.12, was issued on 7 November 1924, Electrical Utilities advised the PMG that it wished to reverse the initials in the call-sign – thus the licence was issued to 2UE.
