Nasir Aziz
Nasir Aziz ( ur, ; born 16 June 1986) is a Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. He is a right-handed batsman and Right-arm offbreak bowler. He was named in the 2014 ICC World Twenty20 squad for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team Career Nasir made his first class cricket against Canada on 1 August 2013. He also made his List A cricket against Bermuda national cricket team. He made his One Day International debut for the United Arab Emirates against Afghanistan on 2 December 2014. He made his Twenty20 International debut against the Netherlands in the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier tournament on 12 July 2015. In the inaugural ACC Emerging Teams Cup held in 2013,he was the leading wicket taker with 17 scalps. 2015 Cricket World Cup
The 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup was the 11th Cricket World Cup, a quadrennial One Day International (ODI) cricket tournament contested by men's national teams and organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC). It was jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand from 14 February to 29 March 2015, and was won by Australia. This was the second time the tournament was held in Australia and New Zealand, the first having been the 1992 Cricket World Cup. The tournament consisted of 14 teams, which were split into two pools of seven, with each team playing every other team in their pool once. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at one of the wickets with the bat and then running between the wickets, while the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field, and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). Amjad Javed ( ur, ; born 5 July 1980) is a former cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. He is an allrounder who bats with right-hand and bowls right-arm medium. He is one of the few cricketers for UAE who had played Asia Cup. Amjad Javed's grandfather moved to Dubai from Lahore, Pakistan 50 years ago, when his father was only 2 years old.
