Naser Sahiti
Naser Sahiti (born 12 March 1966) is a Kosovan mechanical engineer, professor, and former rector. He was a Professor of Mechanical Engineering, and served as the Rector of the University of Pristina, from 2020 to 2022. Life and work Naser Sahiti was born on 12 March 1966 in Carraleva, Kosovo. Sahiti spent his youth in Carraleve and went to primary school there. After attending vocational college in Shtime and the technical college in Ferizaj he studied mechanical engineering at Pristina University, finishing with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with honours (1991). He then became a vocational school teacher in mathematics and informatics at the Naim Frashëri school in Shtime. In 1996 Sahiti joined Prishtina University as an assistant in mechanical engineering. His focus there was research in and teaching of thermodynamics and thermal turbo-machinery. University Of Pristina
The University of Pristina ( sq, Universiteti i Prishtinës) is a public university located in Pristina, Kosovo. It is the institution that emerged after the disestablishment of the University of Pristina (1969–99) as a result of the Kosovo War. The inauguration of the university was a historical occurrence not only for the people of Kosovo, but for the whole Albanian nation. On 15 February, the solemn Parliament session took place, which is also proclaimed as The University of Pristina's Day. In the composition of the newly established University of Pristina were faculties with their headquarters in Pristina: the Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Law and Economics, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Medicine. Carraleva
Crnoljeva ( sr-cyr, Црнољева; sq, Carralevë or ''Mali i Carralevës'') is a mountain in central Kosovo, dividing its two main geographical regions, the Kosovo Plain and Metohija. Crnoljeva is also a point where all three drainage basins of Kosovo (and three out of four in the Balkans) meet, making the mountain a major hydrographic knot. It is named after the village of Crnoljevo. Crnoljeva is located in the south-central part of Kosovo, between the valleys of the rivers Drenica (to the east) and Mirusha and Toplluha (to the west). The mountain is elongated in the north–south direction and divides the Prizren depression of Metohija from the Drenica region of the Kosovo Plain. Shtime
Shtime ( sq-definite, Shtimja) or Štimlje ( sr-Cyrl, Штимље), is a town and municipality located in the Ferizaj District of Kosovo. Ferizaj
Ferizaj, . or Uroševac, . Also formerly known as Ferizovići ( tr, Firzovik). is the sixth largest city in Kosovo by population and seat of Ferizaj Municipality and Ferizaj District. Ferizaj has been populated since the prehistoric era by the Starčevo, Vinča and Baden culture.
