Naomi Broady
Naomi Broady (; born 28 February 1990) is a British tennis player. She has won one WTA doubles title, as well as nine singles titles and 20 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On 7 March 2016, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 76. On 22 May 2017, she peaked at No. 56 in the doubles rankings. Background Born in Stockport, Naomi Broady is a sister of tennis player Liam Broady and has another brother, Calum and a sister Emma. She attended Priestnall School. Tennis
Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court. Tara Shanice Moore (born 6 August 1992) is a Hong Kong-born British tennis player. She has a career-high singles ranking of world No. 145, which she achieved on 8 May 2017. She has won nine singles and 17 doubles titles on the ITF Circuit. Her best WTA doubles ranking is No. 77, which she reached on 11 July 2022. As a junior, she was coached by the American tennis coach, Nick Bollettieri. Noppawan "Nok" Lertcheewakarn ( th, นพวรรณ เลิศชีวกานต์; born 18 November 1991) is a former professional Thai tennis player. At 2009 Wimbledon Championships, she won the junior singles title. She reached career-high WTA rankings of 149 in singles and 97 in doubles. As of July 2018, Lertcheewakarn having played her last match in August 2017, is in training to be a police officer. Urszula Radwańska was the defending champion, but did not compete in the Juniors this year. Laura Robson defeated Noppawan Lertcheewakarn in the final, 6–3, 3–6, 6–1 to win the girls' singles tennis title at the 2008 Wimbledon Championships. The ITF Women's World Tennis Tour, previously known as the ITF Women's Circuit, is a series of professional tennis tournaments run by the International Tennis Federation for female professional tennis players. Priestnall School
Priestnall School is a coeducational secondary school in Heaton Mersey, Stockport, England. History The school was established in 1974 by a merger of Fylde Lodge High School, which was located in Priestnall Road, Heaton Mersey, and Stockport High School for Girls, which was located in Cale Green. Priestnall School took over the Fylde Lodge High School building. The Stockport High School building was subsequently used first by Davenport High School, then by Hillcrest Grammar School from 1983. Fylde Lodge High School was built in the 1960s as an all girls school. It was still an all girls school at the time of the merger. Males were allowed to study at Priestnall School from 1987.
