NSC United
Minnesota NSC United was an American soccer team, founded in 2005. The team was a member of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, and played in the Midwest Conference. During its inaugural 2005 season the team played as Minnesota Blast, and were based at the SoccerBlast facility in Burnsville, Minnesota. The new incarnation of the team are affiliated with, and play their home matches at, the National Sports Center in the city of Blaine, Minnesota, 16 miles north of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, Minneapolis. In 2006 the team's management announced that they would spend the 2007 NPSL season on hiatus. This team now no longer exists. Network SouthCentral (NSC) was a shadow franchise that existed from 4 February 1994 to 13 October 1996, when Connex South Central took over the running of the franchise. The franchise is now part of the Thameslink, Southern and Great Northern franchise operated by Govia Thameslink Railway under the Southern brand. As with all shadow franchises, Network SouthCentral was a wholly owned subsidiary of the British Railways Board. Origins In the lead up to the privatisation of British Rail, Network SouthEast was divided into a series of shadow franchises. Network SouthCentral was formed in February 1994. National Savings Certificates, popularly known as ''NSC'', is an Indian Government savings bond, primarily used for small savings and income tax saving investments in India. It is part of the postal savings system of India Post. These can be purchased from any Post Office in India by an adult (either in his/her own name or on behalf of a minor), a minor, a trust, and two adults jointly. These are issued for five and ten year maturity and can be pledged to banks as collateral for availing loans. The holder gets the tax benefit under Section 80C of Income Tax Act, 1961. Sort codes are the domestic bank codes used to route money transfers between financial institutions in the United Kingdom, and in the Republic of Ireland. They are six-digit hierarchical numerical addresses that specify clearing banks, clearing systems, regions, large financial institutions, groups of financial institutions and ultimately resolve to individual branches. The Nursing Service Cross (NSC) is a conspicuous service decoration of the Australian honours and awards system, instituted by Letters patent, Letters Patent on 18 October 1989.
