NK Višnjevac
NK Višnjevac is a Croatian football club based in the village of Višnjevac, near Osijek. The team won the Treća HNL East Division in 2003–04, but did not apply for promotion to the second division. As of 2023, they participate in the MŽNL Osijek-Vinkovci, the 5th level of Croatian football. History NK Višnjevac were founded in 1948. The club, then playing in the third division, were sanctioned in 2009 after they wore a kit with a political party's logo on it. They won the county cup in 2012 leading to an appearance in the 2012-13 Croatian cup where they lost to Istra 1961 in the 1/16th round. Marijan Vuka signed for the club in 2013 at the close of his career. In 2016, three Korean players joined Višnjevac, and were the target of purchase of a Korean businessman. The Rec.Sport.Soccer Statistics Foundation (RSSSF) is an international organization dedicated to collecting statistics about association football. The foundation aims to build an exhaustive archive of football-related information from around the world. The Druga nogometna liga ( eng, Second football league), commonly Druga NL or 2. NL) is the third tier of the football league system. The league was established in 1991 following the dissolution of the Yugoslav League. It is operated by the Croatian Football Federation. Marijan Vuka
Marijan Vuka (born 10 January 1980) is a Croatian former footballer who played as a forward, primarily within the Croatian football leagues with stints abroad in the Russian Premier League, and Canadian Soccer League. A product of NK Osijek youth system, Vuka had spells at a number of Croatian sides in the Croatian First Football League, including NK Vukovar '91, NK Osijek, Marsonia, HNK Cibalia, NK Međimurje. Throughout his time in the Prva Liga he featured in the 2000–01 UEFA Cup, and 2001–02 UEFA Cup for NK Osijek, and played against Brøndby IF, Rapid Vienna, and AEK Athens. In 2004, he went abroad to play in the Russian Premier League with Kuban Krasnodar.
