ND Primorje
Nogometno društvo Primorje or simply ND Primorje is a Slovenian football club which plays in the town of Ajdovščina. The club was established in 2011. They competes in the Slovenian Second League, the second level of Slovenian football. History The club was founded in June 2011 as ''Nogometno društvo Ajdovščina'' after the dissolution of NK Primorje, a club which folded a couple of months earlier due to high financial debt, and after failing to obtain competition licences issued by the Football Association of Slovenia. They merged their first team with ŠD Škou before the beginning of the 2012–13 season. The team gained promotion to the third level after finishing as runners-up of the 2012–13 Littoral League. In 2016, the club was renamed as ND Primorje. Stadium The team play their home matches at Ajdovščina City Stadium, a 1,630 capacity stadium in Ajdovščina. Bora (wind)
The bora is a northerly to north-easterly katabatic wind in areas near the Adriatic Sea. Similar nomenclature is used for north-eastern winds in other littoral areas of eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea basins. Football in Slovenia is governed by the Football Association of Slovenia ( sl, Nogometna zveza Slovenije). Siol.net is a Slovenian web media and the oldest news portal in Slovenia. It is owned and managed by TSmedia company that is itself owned by the Telekom Slovenije. The main contents cover daily politics, news, sports, technology, lifestyle, and motoring. Since 2020, Peter Jančič serves as the editor-in-chief. History Siol.net was established in 1996 by Telekom Slovenije. It was the first online news portal in Slovenia and has seen a number of visual changes over the years. The Slovenian Third Football League ( sl, Tretja slovenska nogometna liga or commonly 3. SNL) is the third tier of the Football in Slovenia, Slovenian football system. Since 2019 the league consists of two regional groups (East and West). They are operated by the Intercommunal Football Associations. Format and rules Between 1992–93 and 1997–98, the Slovenian Third League was divided into two regional groups (East and West), with both group winners directly promoting to the Slovenian Second League (except in the 1994–95 season, when the top two divisions got reorganized).
