Michael Noer (director)
Michael Noer (; born 27 December 1978) is a Danish film director. Education and career Noer studied at the European Film College and later at the National Film School of Denmark, where he graduated from the documentary programme in 2003. His 2007 documentary, ''Vesterbro'', received a Special Mention at the Copenhagen International Documentary Festival (CPH:DOX). Co-directing with Tobias Lindholm, Noer made his narrative feature debut with the 2010 prison drama '' R'', which won the Bodil Award for Best Danish Film and the Robert Award for Best Danish Film and earned them the Robert Award for Best Director. He subsequently directed ''Northwest'' and '' Key House Mirror'', which were released in 2013 and in 2015, respectively. Ghita Nørby (born 11 January 1935) is a Danish actress with 117 film credits to her name from 1956 to 2005, making her one of the most active Danish actresses ever. Early life Nørby was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, the daughter of opera singer Einar Nørby (1896–1983). She studied two years at the Danish Royal Theatre (''Det Kongelige Teater''). Sven Justus Fredrik Wollter (11 January 1934 – 10 November 2020) was a Swedish actor, writer, and political activist. Wollter is one of the most renowned Swedish actors, he was awarded Best Swedish actor twice. In his native country, he became widely known through his role as Madame Flod's son Gusten in Swedish Television's adaption of '' The People of Hemsö'' by August Strindberg in 1966. Göteborg Film Festival (GFF), formerly Göteborg International Film Festival (GIFF), known in English as the Gothenburg Film Festival, formerly Gothenburg International Film Festival, is an annual film festival in Gothenburg, Sweden and the largest film event in Scandinavia.
