Nytt I Uka
''Nytt i Uka'' (New This Week) is a mass-delivery free newspaper in Ålesund, Norway and the neighboring municipalities of Hareid, Sula, Sykkylven, Giske, Skodje, Haram, Ørskog, Stordal, and most of Vestnes. In addition, the paper is distributed to the Tomrefjord and Vestnes post offices and can also be subscribed to in Norway and abroad. The paper is published every Wednesday and has a circulation of 39,800. ''Nytt i Uka'' is published by Media Vest AS. It was established by five employees following the bankruptcy of ''Sunnmøre Arbeideravis'' in August 1985. ''Nytt i Uka'' appeared only one week after the bankruptcy. The ownership is currently mostly held by three of the staff, who together hold approximately 86% of the share capital. Vestnes
Vestnes is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Vestnes is part of the traditional district of Romsdal. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Vestnes. Stordal
Stordal is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It merged with Norddal municipality to establish the new Fjord municipality in 2020. It was part of the Sunnmøre region. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Stordal. The historic farm and museum of Ytste Skotet lies along the Storfjorden in the western part of the municipality. Most of the municipality lies on the eastern side of the fjord. Stordal had relatively good agricultural land, and the main source of income is livestock. Stordal has also been home to furniture production and continues with the industry today. At the time if its dissolution in 2020, the municipality is the 306th largest by area out of the 422 municipalities in Norway. Ålesund () sometimes spelled Aalesund in English, is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal County, Norway. It is part of the traditional district of Sunnmøre and the centre of the Ålesund Region.
