Nuzhat Parveen Khan
Nuzhat Parveen Khan (born 4 July 1964) is an Indian academician and author who served as the dean of Bennett University's School of Law. She has formerly served as the dean of Jamia Millia Islamia's Faculty of Law and is now a professor at the university. She has authored dozen of books including ''Women and Child related Laws'', ''Comparative Constitutional Law'' and ''Globalisation of Professional Legal Education Constitutional Conspectus''. Education Khan graduated from the Lucknow University with a BSc in Chemistry. She received an LL.B and an LL.M degree from the Aligarh Muslim University. She completed her doctoral studies at the Jamia Millia Islamia. Personal life She was born in Pilibhit city and her father's name was Mohammad Suleman. Pilibhit is a city and a municipal board of Pilibhit district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Pilibhit is the north-easternmost district of Bareilly division, situated in the Rohilkhand region of the sub-Himalayan Plateau belt next to foothills of Sivalik Range on the boundary of Nepal, known for the origin of river Gomati and one of the most forest-rich areas in North India.
