Wilfred Noy (born Wilfred Noy Blumberg, 24 December 1883 – 29 March 1948) was an English film director, actor, screenwriter and producer of the silent era. Noy Holland (born December 3, 1960) is an American writer. Biography Holland received her Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Florida in 1994. Holland is a Professor in the MFA Program for Poets & Writers at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has also taught at Phillips Academy and the University of Florida. She directs the Writers in the Schools Project in Amherst, Massachusetts. She received a fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts in 2003. She has also received fellowships from the University of Florida, the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, and the Massachusetts Cultural Council. Chao Nôy (also spelled Noy or Noi, lo, ເຈົ້ານ້ອຍ, th, เจ้าน้อย, ?–1829), also known as Chao Southaka Souvanna Koumar ( th, เจ้าสุทธกะสุวรรนะกุมาร), was the prince ruler of Muang Phuan from 1803 to 1831. Noy (officially stylized as NOY), is an Armenian brandy ( cognac-style) that has been produced by the Yerevan Ararat Brandy Factory since 1877. It was first known as "Armenian cognac" until 1899, when it was branded as "Shustov". With the establishment of Soviet Armenia in 1920, the production of Armenian brandy was nationalized and the brandy was popularized as "Shustov" until 1940, when the drink was labeled as "Ararat", after the re-organization of Armenian brandy production. After the independence of Armenia, the factory was privatized in 2002 and the produced brandy was re-labeled as ''NOY''.
