Novotny Mähner Assoziierte (N+M, Novotny Mähner & Associates) is an architect company based in Offenbach am Main. It was founded by Fritz Novotny and Arthur Mähner. Their design is puristic and clear. History In 2007, the Frankfurt-based N+M architects (formerly Novotny Mähner), specialists in high-rise buildings and the health sector, became an active member of the ATP Group. In 2009, the office of N+M architects was renamed in ATP N+M Architekten und Ingenieure GmbH. In 2014, the partnership with Frankfurt resulted in the creation of the health sector design company ATP health. In the same year, the office of ATP N+M Architekten und Ingenieure GmbH was renamed in ATP Frankfurt. Many skyscrapers in Frankfurt were planned by the office as well as other structures worldwide. Offenbach am Main () is a List of cities and towns in Germany, city in Hesse, Germany, on the left bank of the river Main (river), Main. Büro Center Nibelungenplatz
City Gate, formerly Büro Center Nibelungenplatz (known as BCN) and even prior Shell Tower, is a 27-storey, skyscraper in the Nordend (Frankfurt am Main), Nordend-West district of Frankfurt, Germany. The building was constructed in 1966 as one of the first buildings to reach over in Frankfurt, and it is still the tallest building in the Nordend district. It is located at Nibelungenplatz, a busy junction in the Nordend. History Construction Büro Center Nibelungenplatz was designed by Novotny Mähner Assoziierte and part of the entire northern Alleenring comprehensive development plan, which provided for conversion to freeway and spot high-rises at all major intersections. Garden Tower is a high-rise building in the Innenstadt district of Frankfurt, Germany. It was built between 1973 and 1976 as the headquarters of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen ( Helaba) and was one of the first high-rise buildings in Frankfurt's financial district, the Bankenviertel. Trianon (Frankfurt Am Main)
Trianon is a 45-story, skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany, completed in 1993. It is the headquarters for DekaBank; other tenants are Deutsche Bundesbank and Franklin Templeton. Atop the building is an inverted pyramid suspended from the three corners. The Trianon's layout is roughly the shape of an equilateral triangle, the corners of which are formed by three-sided towers. The end is an inverted three-sided pyramid on the roof. Eurotheum
The Eurotheum is a 31-storey, skyscraper in the city center of Frankfurt, Germany. The building was constructed in 1999 to coincide with the adjacent Main Tower, and is one of a few such in Frankfurt that offers office and residential space. Each floor of the tower has of office space, which was occupied mostly by the European Central Bank as an extension of their former headquarters at Eurotower, Willy-Brandt-Platz until 2015. The 22nd floor has a public bar lounge. From the 22nd through 29th floors, there are 74 furnished apartments, which can be rented as long as desired.
