Novatus Miroshi
Novatus Dismas Miroshi (born on 2 September 2002) is a Tanzanian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Turkish side Göztepe and the Tanzania national team. Club career In the summer of 2022, Miroshi signed a three-year contract with Zulte Waregem in Belgium. He signed a four-year contract with Göztepe on 23 July 2024. International career Miroshi made his international debut with the Tanzania under-20 team on 16 February 2021 in a 4–0 defeat to Ghana at the 2021 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations. On 19 February, he scored his first goal for Tanzania against the Gambia in a 1–1 draw. Tanga is both the name of the most northerly port city of Tanzania on the west of the Indian Ocean, and the capital of Tanga Region. It had a population of 273,332 in 2012. Tanzania National Main Stadium also known as Benjamin Mkapa Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Miburani ward of Temeke District in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It opened in 2007 and was built adjacent to Uhuru Stadium, the former national stadium. It hosts major football matches such as the Tanzanian Premier League and home matches of the Tanzania national football team. With 60,000 seats it is the eleventh largest stadium in Africa and the largest stadium in Tanzania. It is owned by the Tanzanian Government. The 2024 FIFA Series was the inaugural edition of the FIFA Series, an invitational association football competition promoted by FIFA that features Exhibition game#International football, friendly matches between national teams from different continental confederations.
