Notostaurus
''Notostaurus'' is a genus of Palaearctic grasshoppers in the tribe Dociostaurini, erected by Grigory Bey-Bienko in 1933.Bey-Bienko G (1933) Orthoptera collected by Prof. V. Baranov in North Western Mongolia. ''Boletín de la Real Sociedad Española de Historia Natural'' 33: 337, 338. Species are recorded from: northern Africa, the middle East, eastern Europe through to temperate central Asia (probably incomplete distribution).
