''Not Here to Please You'' is an EP by British band Hadouken! released in USB form and digital download only. The band announced on 1 October 2007 that they would be doing something "slightly different" for their second mixtape. With the debut mixtape being released only on the Internet, it was announced that the second mixtape would be released in stores, as a 128MB USB memory stick. The mixtape was set to feature 6 new Hadouken! songs, including the single "Leap of Faith" and a remix of a previous single, "Liquid Lives". On 9 October 2007, the new track "Girls" was added to the band's website, as a flash banner, that when clicked played a low quality version of the new track. Upon the USB's release, some Mac users had problems with the product, however a fix was quickly posted on Hadouken!'s website. Hadouken! are a British band formed in London in 2006 by singer, writer and producer James Smith and synth player Alice Spooner along with guitarist Daniel "Pilau" Rice, bassist Christopher Purcell and drummer Nick Rice. The band name is taken from the special attack of the same name from the ''Street Fighter'' video game series. It was in Leeds that Hadouken! began their own record label, Surface Noise Records. History Early years After forming the label, Smith began writing and demoing the first Hadouken! tracks. In February 2007, Hadouken! self-released a two-song limited edition vinyl, a double-a side of "That Boy That Girl" and "Tuning In". Bolt Action Five were a dance-punk/industrial band from London, England, composed of Tobias J Hughes, Ian William Galloway, Dan "The Carnivore" Murtha and Mark Murphy. They formed in early 2006 from a variety of different members and appeared repeatedly in ''Artrocker'' and '' PlayMusic'' magazines, as well as in ''NME'', '' i-D'', '' Disorder Magazine'' and various online music journals. The band seemed to have difficulty describing their sound, variously categorising themselves as indie rock, electro, industrial pop, dance-punk, or electro-metal. Noisia (stylised as NOISIΛ; "VISION" turned upside down) was a Dutch electronic music trio consisting of members Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen and Thijs de Vlieger from Groningen, Netherlands. "The Prayer" is a song by English rock band Bloc Party. It was released as the lead single from their second studio album, '' A Weekend in the City'', except in the U.S. where it is the second single. " I Still Remember" was the first song from the album to be released in North America. It was released by Wichita Recordings on 29 January 2007 and is the band's highest charting single worldwide. The lyrics deal with drug use in nightclubs and party environments. Band frontman Kele Okereke says he was inspired to write the song after hearing Busta Rhymes' song " Touch It".
