Havøysund
Havøysund ( sme, Ávanuorri) is the administrative centre of the Måsøy Municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The village is located on the small island of Havøya, but is connected to the mainland by the Havøysund Bridge. The village has a population (2017) of 976 which gives the village a population density of . Havøysund is a fishing village which offers a generally wide range of common services. There are fish processing factories, a boat yard, a petrol station, doctors, Havøysund Church, various shops, a sports hall, and museums. Havøysund also has a varied and lovely architecture; all the way along the beach one finds post-war houses, the so-called (the houses built after World War II all had the same design). European Route E69
European route E69 is an E-road between Olderfjord and North Cape in northern Norway. The road is long. It contains five tunnels, totalling . The longest, the North Cape Tunnel, is long and reaches below sea level. National Tourist Routes ( no, Nasjonale turistveger) are eighteen highways in Norway designated by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration for their picturesque scenery and tourist-friendly infrastructure, such as rest stops and viewpoints. The routes cover and are located along the West Coast, in Northern Norway and in the mountains of Southern Norway. The authorities have coordinated the establishment of accommodation, cultural activities, dining, sale of local arts and crafts, and natural experiences along the tourist roads. The overall goal of the project is to increase tourism in the rural areas through which the roads run.
