Ilchester is a village and civil parish, situated on the River Yeo or Ivel, five miles north of Yeovil, in the English county of Somerset. Originally a Roman town, and later a market town, Ilchester has a rich medieval history and was a notable settlement in the county; around the 12th and 13th centuries it was effectively the county town. Mount Northover
__NOTOC__ Mount Northover is located on the border of Alberta and British Columbia on the Continental Divide. The nearest higher peak is Mount Lyautey, to the north-northeast. It was named in 1917 after Lieutenant A.W. Northover, M.C., one of western Canada's first war heroes. Having recently migrated there from the United_Kingdom, and starting a new family there. A Boer War veteran, Northover enlisted at Regina in the North-West Battalion. He served with the 28th Battalion, C.E.F., and was awarded the Military Cross for action taken on Oct. 8, 1915. In 1916 he returned to Canada on a speaking tour, visiting relatives in Edmonton.Mount Northover

Dean Northover (born 4 September 1991) is a Canadian former professional soccer player who played as a full-back. Club career Calgary Foothills In 2015, Northover joined local club Calgary Foothills FC in their inaugural season in the Premier Development League. In 2016, Northover made fourteen league appearances and five playoff appearances for Calgary. In 2017, Northover made another fourteen league appearances for Foothills while attending the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where he was named 2017–18 ACAC Men's Soccer Player of the Year. Origins Little is recorded of his ancestry. In 1565 William Northover acquired a lease of Aller Court, the manor house of Aller, where his descendants resided until the 17th century, after which the freehold was acquired by the Stawell family. In 1608 the Northover family also acquired Chantry Farm of 252 acres in the parish of Aller, which they had occupied as tenants since about 1577. Lindsay Patricia Northover, Baroness Northover, (born 21 August 1954; née Granshaw) is a British academic, Liberal Democrat politician, member of the House of Lords, and former junior government minister. Zara Northover (born March 6, 1984) is a Jamaican shot putter. Northover has dual citizenship in the United States and Jamaica, and competed for Jamaica at the 2008 Summer Olympics. Northover attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she competed on the women's track and field team, and graduated in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in communications and a minor in political science. As a senior, Northover was named Colonial Athletic Association Field Athlete of the Year after winning the shot put, discus and hammer and placing seventh in the javelin, helping lead Northeastern to their first CAA title in any sport. Her throw at the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championship during the 2007 outdoor season set both Northeastern and ECAC records.
