North Towanda Township is a township in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The population was 1,132 at the 2010 census. Geography North Towanda Township is located near the center of Bradford County, on the southwest bank of the Susquehanna River. It is bordered by the borough of Towanda, Pennsylvania, Towanda to the southeast, Towanda Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, Towanda Township to the south, Burlington Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, Burlington Township to the west, and Ulster Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, Ulster Township to the northwest. Across the Susquehanna River, Sheshequin Township, Bradford County, Pennsylvania, Sheshequin Township is to the northeast and Wysox Township, Pennsylvania, Wysox Township is to the east.
