North Gloucestershire Combination Senior Cup
The North Gloucestershire Combination Senior Cup is an annual rugby union knock-out club competition organised by the North Gloucestershire Combination – one of the five bodies that make up the Gloucestershire Rugby Football Union. It was first introduced during the 1903–04 season, with the inaugural winners being Berkley and is the most important rugby union competition in north Gloucestershire, ahead of the Junior Cup and Glanville Cup. The Senior Cup is currently open for clubs sides based in Gloucester and north Gloucestershire, playing all the way from tier 5 (National League 3 South West) to tier 11 (Gloucester 3) of the English rugby union league system. The format is a knockout cup with a first round, quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final to be held at Kingsholm in Gloucester in April–May alongside the Junior and Glanville Cup finals. Old Centralians Rugby Football Club is an English rugby union club based at Saintbridge Sports Center in Gloucester. The club operates three senior sides with the first XV playing in South West Premier, a level five league in the English rugby union league system. The club was founded in 1937 as Old Centralians but changed its name in 1970/80's to Saintbridge Former Pupils before reverting to Old Centralians during the 1990s. Whitecroft is a village in the Forest of Dean in west Gloucestershire, England. It is located in-between Bream and Yorkley. Whitecroft comes under the postal district of Lydney. Gloucester ( ) is a cathedral city and the county town of Gloucestershire in the South West of England. Longlevens, originally Longleavens, is a suburb of Gloucester, in the unparished area of Gloucester, in the Gloucester district, in the county of Gloucestershire, England. It developed from a farmstead during the twentieth century, the name may be based on the old Roman name Colonia Glevensis, or the name could be based on an original field name "Long Elevens". This could have related to a long field about eleven acres therefore this could have been adopted as a name for the hamlet, first recorded in 1750, as part of the estate of Gloucester Cathedral. One of the oldest roads is 'The Avenue', which is shown on old maps as a number of farm cottages. The population of Longlevens was 9,532 at the time of the 2011 Census. Coney Hill Rugby Football Club is an English rugby union team based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. The club run three senior teams and three junior teams — under-17s, under-16s and under-12s. West End Football Club is a football team, based in the Mayhill area of Swansea, Wales. They play in the West Wales Premier League, which is in the fourth tier of the Welsh football pyramid.
