Memorial Park is a multi-use stadium in Palmerston North, New Zealand. It is currently used mostly for football matches and was the home stadium of YoungHeart Manawatu before they disbanded. The stadium has a capacity of 8,000 people. The stadium hosted the final of the 2011 Chatham Cup on 28 August 2011. The 2009 Chatham Cup is New Zealand's 82nd knockout football competition. The 2009 competition had a preliminary round, a qualification round, and four rounds proper before quarter-finals, semi-finals, and a final. In all, 130 teams took part in the 2009 competition.
