Normand Hamel
Normand Hamel (16 March 1956 – 17 April 2000), better known as "Biff", was a Canadian outlaw biker and gangster. A senior member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in Montreal, Hamel was the right-hand man of Hells Angels leader Maurice "Mom" Boucher and became one of Quebec's top drug traffickers before he was shot dead in 2000. A member of the rival Rock Machine gang, Tony Duguay, was convicted of Hamel's murder in 2006 but was acquitted of the killing in 2016 after a witness in the case admitted that he lied while on the witness stand. Gangster Hamel was born in Montreal to a working-class family. He became involved in organized crime sometime in the 1970s and was charged with selling drugs in 1978. In 1979, Hamel made a plea bargain and was sentenced to a year in prison. In 1981, he joined a white supremacist biker gang called the SS that existed to beat up non-white immigrants. Scott Steinert
Scott Steinert (1962 – 4 November 1997) was an American outlaw biker and gangster who was a member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is generally regarded as the man behind the 9 August 1995 car bomb which accidentally killed 11-year-old Daniel Desrochers during the Hells Angels' war against the Rock Machine. Early life Steinert was born in Beloit, Wisconsin into an upper-middle-class family. Steinert's father was a senior executive with the Beloit Corporation and in 1970 he was appointed to a position with the Montreal office of the corporation. Richard Vallée
Richard Vallée (born 10 November 1957) is a Canadian outlaw biker and gangster. A drug trafficker and member of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, Vallée was extradited to the United States and sentenced to life imprisonment in 2007 for the 1993 car bomb murder of New York State Police drug informant Lee Carter. Criminal career Outlaw biker Born in Trois-Rivières, as a young man Vallée joined the Satan's Guard outlaw biker gang led by Louis "Mélou" Roy. Vallée began his criminal career working as a pimp, and in 1988, he was charged with operating a brothel, which he pleaded guilty to on 30 November 1988. The Satan's Guard gang "patched over" to join the Hells Angels on 14 June 1991. Vallée was very close to Roy, who became the president of the Hells Angels' Trois-Rivières chapter.
